The name for the world’s most reliable smart-phone was chosen when someone commented that the miniature buttons on RIM’s product looked “like the tiny seeds in a strawberry.”  A linguist thought “straw” was too slow sounding. Someone else suggested Blackberry. The rest is history…

I’ve worked in the telecommunications industry providing customer service and technical support for over 5 years.  Recently I began working with Blackberry devices and I’ve been hooked ever since.
