Create and customize user accounts on Windows XP

Today I had a customer call in with a synchronization issue. He wanted to use BlackBerry Desktop Manager to sync with Microsoft Outlook. The issue he was having is that he was sharing one PC with multiple users. His spouse was the primary user and was already syncing Outlook with her iphone. He didn’t want to get her info mixed in with his and didn’t want to have to manually remove them from his BlackBerry.
- Resolution: Create separate user accounts on the PC using the administrative options in Windows XP.
- End result: Each person would have their own profile and own “copy” of Outlook. The caller was able to setup his Outlook contacts and install BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
