The order that your filters appear in the Filters list is the order in which they’re applied to new messages.
If a message meets the criteria of any filter, no other filters will be checked. Ensure that the most specific filters are listed first in the priority in which you expect them to be filtered out.
To move a filter, highlight it and click the up or down arrow to move its position.
